My little sun didn’t work from time to time as well. I don’t know what the deal was, but finally it settled in. I never did contact support, but one of my clients was very frustrated with installing SnagIt and the support issues there, too. That’s why he wouldn’t buy SnagIt for me to use as I worked on some of his documentation.

Sure sorry it’s pissing you off. Blargh.

So, I downloaded this, and then I had to have HP help me with something unrelated and now the part that sits on the screen doesn’t work. Like the flash animation and commands aren’t working. So, now I’m dealing with Techsmith tech support and I tell you, they are testing my patience. I’ll probably blog about this on my own blog, but why on earth do the tech support people not read your blinkin emails before they respond? I told them I had uninstalled it and reinstalled it and they come back with that as their brilliant suggestion. I told them I won’t waste their time if they don’t waste MINE. ARGH. I’m irritated. Can you tell?

I am loving the little video feature and thought of a cool way to incorporate it into my portfolio web site.

Actually, I just used it to go over some web site stats with a potential client. What fun!
