I seek and destroy. I'm trying to stop eating after 6 p.m. Last night I couldn't sleep, so I found myself sleep-eating a piece of bread, which I mutilated by trying to smear cold butter across the top. And then I globbed on some strawberry preserves. I justified that it was almost midnight, so that was like the next day, right? I don’t graze. I seek and destroy.
