		<description>One of the keys to my definition of success is surrounding myself with people I enjoy being with.  Those 'they' people say that when you are self-employed, you get to pick who you work for!  ha, but when you can and receive those intangible benefits of enjoying cool people, then it's always win-win in my book!</description>

		<description>YES!! I'm great friends with all of my clients! I've even stayed over at one client's house; we take EAC courses together sometimes! And I think it's made business much better. They're more likely to refer me, they're more open to pay increases, they're easier to talk to when a job they've given me needs more work than they thought, and we learn a lot from each other on being professionals in our field. There's always mutual benefit.</description>
