I just made the world’s weirdest salad
Still drawing from the benefits of food choice while working at home:
A neighbor who was moving out of state gave me a whole bunch of condiments, and I hate to see things go to waste. So I just made a bizarre salad for lunch.
Mixed greens left over from the spring rolls the other night
Large cocktail olives from the neighbor
Brine from the cocktail olives
Hot sauce from the neighbor
Vlasic dill relish from the neighbor
Um. Yeah. That was the salad. Too bad the neighbor didn’t leave me any salad dressing, huh?
The benefit of working at home is that I could never get away with eating something so weird in a regular office.

Things Change,
In fact, they change quite a bit on Ave.Z. For an example, one of my favorite places to have lunch used to be Chinese, it his now Thai. Beth has never been there, but I think it is time for her to change her choice of salad for lunch and step away from the computer, eat, and return nice and refreshed, ready to be creative. So the next time she wishes to have mixed greens, I know a little place North East of Ave.Z.
