There goes my sauna time

Sauna It’s 4:12 p.m. I was just settling in to write some product sheets for a customer (I’m tardy on getting them to him).

I just got two emails within 45 seconds of one another:

Email one:

The site is moving to the live server this afternoon! I’m going to do a review this evening and would love you to do one, too. Send me your notes and I can compile both and get the changes made tomorrow.

Thanks so much for all you do!!!

Email two:

I will now focus on the price/product page since I had no time to work on it. Do you think you could find some time still later today like at 5pm-6pm or 6pm-7pm and copy write it?

By the way thanks for referring a customer to us.

Sigh. Guess my trip to the gym will be later and shorter than I thought. No time for the sauna now.

Now it’s 7:19. Turns out the website had a bug and can’t be edited tonight. I finished the product sheets (two of them) for the one client. The other emergency took very little time for a rewrite, and we managed to brainstorm a new name for the campaign as well.

And I still have enough time to sit in the steam room. Nice.
