Listening to what clients have to say is one thing, understanding what they really want and need is another. Working with the public is like being a vet. The dogs and cats you work with can not tell you what is wrong with them, they only have symptoms and it is up to you to take all the visual and audio clues sent your way to figure it out.

I dont think you need a new vet for your website design, not yet anyway. But have them use a different feather.

Now my stroll down Ave. Z includes cats and dogs, and at least part of a bird.
