Here’s an itty bitty tip. I’ve been scheduling eNewsletter critiques like mad. At first I just dragged the email into the calender folder in Outlook, but the appointment names were always thinks like “RE: Our meeting today.”

Instead, I call the appointment the name of the person and put the phone number in the location field. When the reminder pops up, I don’t have to fish for the info.
