I sent pictures of my fried hair to my good friend Sherri, and she INSISTED I write to the salon to let them know I was dissatisfied. Actually, she suggested I throw a brick with a note on it through their window, but she settled for the email.

Today I got a call from the salon owner, and we settled on a refund of the haircut to be put back on my credit card.

Now Sherri wants to call a salon she went to in the &#039;90s to get a full refund. She&#039;s got her brick ready if anyone else has a problem.
