An hour in the life of a lifelong procrastinator

About an hour ago, I was starting another web page for a client.
My fingers felt sticky. I went to the kitchen sink.
I saw this morning’s pot of coffee. I decided to heat a mug.
I opened the microwave. It smelled a little fishy from last night’s dinner.
I grabbed the new cleaner with bleach that I bought yesterday. I wiped down the microwave.
I put the coffee on to heat. I stood in the kitchen and noticed the grout between the tiles was kind of gray.
I started spraying the grout with the new cleaner. I cleaned for several minutes.
I remembered the coffee. It had started to boil.
I poured that out and added new coffee to the mug. I closed the microwave.
I did the dishes. The coffee was finally the right temperature.
I brought the coffee to my desk. I checked email, messages from my friend Ian, my open rate on the last eNewsletter and a couple other things.
Now I’m writing a blog post. And I still have to write those web pages.
