When I started out, I tried to initiate a trade-out relationship with a graphic designer I know to help me get my graphics launched. He said he'd cut his fee for logo design -- it would be $1000!! That's a discount? My Gosh! So I did all the stuff myself. The logo, the postcards, the letterhead, the business cards. And I have actually gotten several compliments.
